GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-120 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.
BAG POLICY
We will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small wristlet-style clutch bags (6”x 9”). No cross-body or fanny pack straps on non-clear clutches, please. Medical bags (including bags for breast pumping equipment) may be larger. No other bags of any type will be allowed.
PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. Parking is NOT included with your concert ticket, and we recommend reserving in advance through soldierfieldparking.com.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them on Solidarity Dr, near the Adler Planetarium. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. For taxis and ride shares after the show, head to McFetridge Dr, right behind the Field Museum.
WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.
MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. Please make sure you have your app updated to the latest version and that all tickets appear in your mobile wallet. More info on mobile tickets here.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to our Guest Services Booth at the base of the VIP Club and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).
BOX OFFICE
Open on show days only, starting at 2pm.
THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the main plaza, just past the picnic tables.
RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
TAILGATING
Sorry, we don't allow it. Overnight camping and parking are also no-go's. Be cool, wait until you're inside the venue to party.
